Refund and Returns Policy
With a variety of products and services we have different policies available.
AMWAY
RETURN POLICY
PROCEDURE TO FOLLOW WHEN RETURNING GOODS
This procedure only applies when ABOs or Customers purchased the goods directly from Amway.
In order to complete your return request you have to be logged in to your account and go to ‘My Orders’, select the order and start the returns process by pressing the ‘Return’ button. Follow the menu to close your request successfully. You will receive a return confirmation mail with instructions how to send your parcel to Amway.
Please send the parcel always under the Return reference number. Request your parcel pick-up service ( as described in your return confirmation mail ) and keep the tracking number for your records. After arrival at Amway the goods and documents are checked for completeness and factual correctness in accordance with the rules for return of goods (see below). Where applicable, a refund or replacement will be issued.
Once the products are received, if a refund was requested, the refund is processed, and you will receive an invoice detailing the refunded amount.
ABOs and Customers who have purchased products via another ABO may contact that ABO in order to return their products for a refund. Alternatively, they can choose to return the products themselves via the website as per the above procedure.
Once the products are received, and the refund is processed, you will receive a return confirmation mail and an invoice detailing the refunded amount – the ordering ABO will provide you with your refund.
GENERAL RULES FOR RETURNING GOODS
Condition of product: Only those products will be credited which:
– show a product fault,
– were delivered in a damaged condition, this not being possible to establish immediately at the time of delivery,
– have been returned by ABOs or customers on the basis of the satisfaction guarantee in force in the particular case.
Damaged products, or products which are unfit for resale owing to inappropriate storage and/or usage will not be credited and will be returned.
Carriage costs: Returns are free if you use the pick-up service.
Settlement of account: The refund amount will be direct credited in accordance with the selected refund method.
Return requests will be automatically deleted if the products are not sent back to Amway within 3 months.
Promotion / Bundle returns: Bundles and promotions can be only returned when complete
ESSENS
30 DAYS MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
- 100% money back guarantee applies to all ESSENS products that do not suit the user in any way
- Products can be returned without any reason given
- Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase
- Within the guarantee, only individual products can be returned, not the entire order
- The guarantee can be applied personally at the ESSENS branch or by sending the product to the address stated below, cash on delivery parcels will not be accepted
- A copy of the invoice must be provided along with a cover letter indicating the type of guarantee on the basis of which you are returning the product
- Products purchased within a set must be returned as a complete set
- The guarantee does not apply to products bought within a promotion
- A credit note will be issued for the returned product, the shipping costs will not be reimbursed
- A corresponding financial value of the returned product will be paid back by bank transfer
- The points will be deducted at 100% of the point value of the returned product on the date of the credit note being issued
- Each case will be handled individually, and in case of obvious or repeated abuse, misuse or suspected cheat, the guarantee may be rejected90 DAYS MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

- Within the guarantee, only individual products can be returned, not the entire order
- Products must be in the original undamaged packaging and without any signs of usage
- The guarantee can be applied personally at the ESSENS branch or by sending the product to the address stated below, cash on delivery parcels will not be accepted
- A copy of the invoice must be provided along with a cover letter indicating the type of guarantee on the basis of which you are returning the product
- Products purchased within a set must be returned as a set as well
- The guarantee does not apply to products bought within a promotion
- A credit note will be issued for the returned product, the shipping costs will not be reimbursed
- A corresponding financial value of the returned product will be paid back by bank transfer
- The points will be deducted at 100% of the point value of the returned product on the date of the credit note being issued
- Each case will be handled individually, and in case of obvious or repeated abuse, misuse or suspected cheat, the guarantee may be rejectedCLAIM IN THE STATUTORY WARRANTY PERIOD
- ESSENS Club member is entitled to exercise the right of defect, which occurs on ESSENS products in a period of 24 months. If the product, on its packaging, in the product attached leaflet, indicates the period for which the product can be used, ESSENS Club member shall have rights for such product for the same period of time as in the case of quality warranty according to the Consumer rights act 2015
- The warranty begins on the day following the takeover of the goods
- The claim can be applied personally at the ESSENS branch or by sending the product to the address stated below, cash on delivery parcels will not be accepted
- A copy of the invoice must be provided along with a cover letter indicating a short and clear description of the defect
- Claims are handled without undue delay; the legal deadline is 30 calendar days for the settlement of the claim
- If the end of the claim period falls on a non-working day, the end of the claim is carried over to the following working day
- The claim period is counted from the day following the takeover of the claimed products
- After the delivery of the product, a claim protocol is written, the buyer is informed of the result of the claim in writing
- In the case of an accepted claim, the member is entitled to a refund of the costs associated with the claimINCOMPLETE CONTENT AFTER TAKEOVER OF THE PARCEL
- If the parcel does not contain all the products stated on the invoice, which is always a part of the parcel, it is necessary, immediately after such fact is discovered (max. 5 days upon takeover), to send an e-mail to info@essens.co.uk with following the information stated: short and clear description of the missing products, actual weight of the parcel, photo documentation of the whole package and a copy of the invoice
- ESSENS UK will check the camera records from the process of the expedition; if the weight of the parcel upon delivery does not match the weight of the parcel before expedition, a reclamation process shall be initiated with the delivering company
- Any claim made regarding loss or parcel/ damage to the parcel must be made immediately in writing to ESSENS UK who will begin the claims process on your behalf with DPD. This process from the date of the claim being made can take up to 30 days, however in certain circumstances as this is dealt with by a third party (DPD) we can not guarantee that all claims made will be settled within this timeframe.
- If a theft of the products while delivering is proven, the missing products shall be sent againWARRANTY RIGHTS
- Removable defect – the right for free defect removal, the right to exchange defective goods or defective parts, if such a procedure is not possible, the right to return the goods
- An irremovable defect impeding proper use proper use – the right to exchange or return defective goods
- Removable defect occurring in multiple or repeated cases and impeding proper use – right to exchange or return defective goods
MWP-Design & PrideMug
The statutory right of withdrawal (or cancellation right) that applies to consumers who enter into distance selling contracts, allowing the withdrawal from (or cancellation of) a contract within 14 days from receipt of their products without giving any reason or incurring any costs, does not apply to the supply of goods made to the consumer´s specifications or clearly personalised. The products ordered from MWP-Design or PrideMug are customised by the customer and you can therefore not exercise your right of withdrawal, with the exception of the following non-customisable products offered on our Site:
- Signage accessories
- Business card holders
- Replacement ink pads
For these unused products and when you are a consumer, you can exercise your right of withdrawal from the agreement we entered into within 14 days from receipt of your order without giving any reasons. If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, it is extended until the next business day
