1. General
These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of products and services by BROOLED Ltd. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Products & Services Covered
- Custom-made and made-to-order products
- Printed products
- Design work (graphic design, branding, etc.)
- Web design
- Web hosting services
- Domain registration services
3. Custom-Made & Printed Products
– All custom-made, made-to-order, and personalised printed products are created specifically to customer specifications.
– These items are excluded from returns and refunds, except where faulty or damaged upon delivery.
– Customers are responsible for ensuring all details and specifications provided are accurate.
4. Design Work
– Customers will receive three (3) initial design concepts.
– Depending on the plan purchased, customers are entitled to up to four (4) revisions.
– Once final approval is given and the item is printed/produced, no further changes can be made.
– Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
5. Web Design
– Web design projects include agreed design concepts and revisions as per the chosen plan.
– Final approval must be given before launch.
– Any changes requested after launch may incur additional fees.
6. Web Hosting & Domain Registration
– Hosting and domain services run on a 12-month contract.
– Payments can be made annually or monthly in instalments.
– Early termination will result in a fee equal to the remaining months of the contract.
– Domain names are subject to availability and registry rules.

– All payments must be made in GBP (£).

8. Refunds & Cancellations
– Custom-made, made-to-order, and printed products: No refunds or cancellations once production has started.
– Design services: Refunds are not available once work has commenced.
– Hosting & domains: No refunds for early cancellations.
9. Liability
BROOLED Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by third-party suppliers or hosting providers. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
