Outage

BROOLED has experienced a massive server outage this week. We had a massive issue and had to migrate the server to our backup server called. New York that is located in Los Angeles while we had to re-install the operating system Debian 12 and the Control Panel Keyhelp on the server Ingrid that is located in Gloucestershire in the UK. While we have now finished the installation of Ingrid we are still in the process to test everything to make sure it is running smooth until we will start to migrate the sites back.

Once the sites are back on Ingrid then New York will again serve its primary purpose of being the backup server for Ingrid. At this point we can confirm that none of the customer data or shop data has been lost or leaked to any other party. All our systems are running and working at full capacity.
