Food supplement in the form of syrup with a special formula, with saffron flavour which contributes to normal mental activity, helps maintain a good mood and reduces the effects of stress. It contains active ingredients – wild crapemyrtle extract, L-tryptophan, saffron and vitamin B6. It contains a high fibre content.

ESSENS ELIXIR has been purposefully designed to supply the body with the necessary substances for its proper function through natural ingredients. Special formulas with attractive fruit and herb flavours are enriched with effective plant extracts, which are widely used in the pharmacy and food industry.

Delicious elixir is the result of the work of ESSENS Scientific Board members and their vision to create effective products that will be easy to consume even for those who are not so keen on tablets or capsules. At the same time, they copy in all respects, the needs of today’s hectic times. Only raw materials from certified suppliers are used for the production itself. The elixir does not contain synthetic colourings, gluten or lactose and is also suitable for vegans.

The basic carriers are FOS – fructooligosaccharides: These not only serve as a sweetener but are above all an important prebiotic. That is, they serve as a source of energy for beneficial intestinal bacteria, support the absorption of nutrients into the body, improve the condition of intestinal tissue and its resistance to infection.

Wild crapemyrtle, i.e. acerola is a shrub or tree also known as tropical cherry and is one of the richest sources of vitamin C, which contributes to the normal function of the immune system and protects cells from oxidative stress. It increases the absorption of iron and contributes to the formation of collagen.

L-tryptophan is a vital amino acid supporting the production of the neurohormones serotonin, melatonin and countless enzymes.

Affron® is processed by the patented low-temperature production process AFF®ON Cool-Tech, which ensures its long-term activity and stability, it is also the first saffron extract standardized by HPLC on Lepticrosalides®, bioactive compounds that help relaxation, mental and physical balance and keep maintaining positive mood. Affron® quality is based on 6 clinical studies that have shown an improvement in mood in healthy individuals that are exposed to occasional stress and anxiety, as well as an improvement in insomnia within 4 weeks of use.

Ingredients: Wild crapemyrtle fruit extract, saffron crocus flower extract, L-Tryptophan, pyridoxine chloride, sweetener: fructooligosaccharides, solvents: purified drinking water, glycerol, preservatives: sodium benzoate, potassium chloride.

Content of active ingredients in 20 ml / % DRI (reference intake):

• Vitamin C (Wild crapemyrtle fruit extract, Malpighia glabra 25%): 240 mg / 300 %
• Saffron crocus flower extract (Crocus sativus, Lepticrosalides 3.5%): 27 mg / –
• L-Tryptofan: 35 mg / –
• Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine chloride): 1,4 mg / 100 %

Recommended daily dosage:

Days 1 – 7: 5 ml three times a day Days 8 – 14: 5 ml twice a day, 10 ml in the evening Days 15+: 5 ml in the morning, 15 ml in the evening Maximum daily dosage should not exceed 20 ml a day. It can be used either undiluted or in a dilution ratio 1:5.

Instructions for use: Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. It is not intended for children under the age of 3, pregnant and breastfeeding women.
