Stabiliser (microcrystalline cellulose), fructooligosaccharides, thickener (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), zinc (zinc gluconate), vitamin C (ascorbic acid), anti-caking agent (stearic acid), lactoferrin (milk), maitake (Grifola frondosa) powder (mushroom), shiitake (Lentinula edodes) powder (mushroom), stabiliser (croscarmelose sodium), anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate), glazing agent [thickener (sodium carboxymethylcellulose), dextrin, dextrose, emulsifier (soy lecithin), acidity regulator (trisodium citrate)], maitake (Grifola frondosa) extract (mushroom), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), vitamin D [corn starch, sucrose, anti-oxidant (sodium ascorbate, dl-alpha tocopherol), coconut oil, cholecalciferol].
One tablet with water, twice a day.
