We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
How to Return an Item
- You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return it.
- Items must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- In a re-saleable condition
- You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once we receive and check your return, we will process your refund within 14 days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- We’ll email you once your refund has been processed.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
We are unable to accept returns on the following (unless faulty):
- Personalised products
- Custom-made products
- Made-to-order products
Faulty or Damaged Items
- If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please let us know within 7 days.
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
