Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

For most items, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

For Forever Living Products, you have 60 days from the date of purchase to request a return.


How to Return an Item

  • You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return it.
  • Items must be:
    • Unused
    • In original packaging
    • In a re-saleable condition
  • You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and check your return, we will process your refund within 14 days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • We’ll email you once your refund has been processed.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

We are unable to accept returns on the following (unless faulty):

  • Personalised products
  • Custom-made products
  • Made-to-order products

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please let us know within 7 days.
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
