3. Products

  • We sell a mixture of physical goodsprint-on-demand productscustom merchandise, and made-to-order items.
  • We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, colours, and specifications as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.
  • All products are subject to availability.
  • Some items are produced specifically for you once an order is placed.

4. Ordering and Contract Formation

  • When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order.
  • A contract is formed only when we dispatch your goods and send you a dispatch confirmation email.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected misuse.

5. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are stated in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Delivery costs are displayed clearly at checkout and added before payment is completed.
  • We accept payment via PayPal, Credit and Debit Cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna, and Clearpay.
  • Payment must be made in full before an order is dispatched.

If we discover a pricing error after you have placed an order, we will contact you and give you the option to reconfirm or cancel your order for a full refund.


6. Delivery

Delivery Charges

  • United Kingdom:
    Flat rate £4.95
    Free delivery on orders over £60
  • Rest of the World:
    Flat rate £9.99
    Free delivery on orders over £150

Delivery Times

  • We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
  • Delivery will be made within a maximum of 30 days from the date of order unless otherwise agreed.
  • If we are unable to meet this timeframe, we will notify you and provide an estimated delivery date.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by production times, courier delays, customs processes, or events beyond our reasonable control.


7. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason, except for excluded items listed below.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us by email at store@brooled.co.uk within the 14-day period.


8. Returns and Refunds

Standard Returns

  • Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and suitable for resale.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will issue a refund within 14 days to the original payment method.
  • Where applicable, we will refund the standard delivery charge paid at checkout.

Excluded Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty:

  • Personalised products
  • Custom-made or made-to-order items produced to your specification
  • Print-on-demand items created specifically for your order

9. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at store@brooled.co.uk.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
  • This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including your right to a repair, replacement, or refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Breach of your statutory consumer rights

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, or courier failures.
