3. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are stated in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Payment must be made in full before orders are dispatched. We accept PayPal, Credit and Debit Cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna, Clearpay

4. Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or events outside our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your order under the following conditions:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be returned in their original, unused, and re-saleable condition.
  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Once inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

Exclusions from Returns

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty:

  • Personalised products
  • Custom-made products
  • Made-to-order products

6. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, Registered 14442396, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
